Return & Refund

At PawfactCare, we want you and your furry friends to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.


1. Return Eligibility

You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition
  • Must be in the original packaging
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

2. Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns on:

  • Perishable goods (pet food, treats)
  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Gift cards

3. Return Process

To start a return, please contact us at 📧 support@pawfactcare.com with your order number and reason for return.

We’ll send instructions on how and where to send your item.
Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.


4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or wrong item, please email us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Photos of the item
  • Your order number

We’ll arrange a replacement or issue a refund right away.


6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days:

  1. Check your bank account again

  2. Contact your credit card company or bank

  3. If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received it, contact us at support@pawfactcare.com
